Well, our job was to move the agent's ticketing system to our client airline's website, so that passengers could buy plane tickets online," said Eddy when telling the story of the Thrive team's experience in pioneering the online ticketing system for one of the Indonesian airlines.

Eddy admitted that what he and his team did was not easy. However, in the end, Thrive succeeded in helping its client get an online ticketing system, which at that time was still rare and had never been done before by any other company.
